Cost and Delivery Options - 2-Week Trial Program
During the 2-Week Trial Program you will receive (each week) 10 meals (5 lunches and 5 dinners) plus 5 Vitality
Trail Mix Snacks and 5 desserts of choice. You have the option to order our great-tasting and filling Vitality
Boosting Smoothie for your breakfast. We’ll also include a variety of recipes for other breakfast options, plus
recipes/listing of recommended snacks. After you register, you will receive via email your login and password. T
hen, you will go to our main web site, www.vitalitygourmet.net, and order your meals. Keep in mind that we do
accommodate food allergies. All meals are made custom for you based on any food allergies you may have!
Meal Plan Basics
Basically, you enjoy 5 small meals daily; you’ll start with our (optional) Vitality Boosting Smoothie for breakfast,
the Vitality Trail Mix for your morning snack, a fresh Vitality Gourmet meal for lunch,
a dessert for your afternoon snack (or an optional nutrition bar) and a fresh Vitality Gourmet meal for dinner.
You have the option of ordering extra desserts if you desire sweets after dinner.
We also recommend you drink at least 64 oz. of water each day (or half your body weight in terms of ounces
of water—for instance, if you weigh 180 pounds, you’ll need to drink 90 oz. of filtered water each day).
Cost for the 2-Week Trial Program
The cost is $200 per week for 2 weeks (discounted from $225), plus the cost of delivery. After the 2-Week Trial, you have the option to order on a week-to-week basis or subscribe to one of our 3 options.
The cost for delivery is $25 per week in Orange County, California or $50 anywhere else in the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

How Your Meals are Delivered
Your meals will be shipped via UPS or Federal Express overnight nationwide in the contiguous United States in an insulated/iced high-tech box on Wednesday,
provided you order meals by Thursday the week prior. Your meals are prepared fresh by the morning of your shipping date.
Orange County, California clients are delivered via courier on Thursdays and available for local depot pick-up (Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, Mission Viejo,
Laguna Hills and San Clemente, California).

We guarantee freshness for up to 5 days with a quick reference sheet that lays out your weekly meal plan with a list of what meals to eat first and the ability to count your daily calorie intake.
Simply refrigerate the meals upon receipt and enjoy! Each meal is conveniently packaged for freshness and looks like "someone who loves you" prepared it for you.
Our meals are substantial and filling; we pack a lot of food, flavor and texture into every dish.
